Program

Each session, participants will be learning skills and technique around creative movement including (but not limited to): Flexibility Training, Yoga, Aerial Arts, Dance, Acrobatics, and Physical Theatre. 



This program is currently on hiatus as a safety precaution during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are adjusting this program, and encourage signing up for waitlist!
