ʻIolana Collective Fellowship (ICF) is our organization's 18+ years program; ICF primarily focuses on integrating IC members that have aged out of our traditional program. ICF functions to continue to empower young women as creative movers, storytellers and empowers while simultaneously developing skilled leaders within our community.

The ʻIolana Collective Fellowship gives members that have aged out of the traditional program an opportunity to continue to train, create and perform with IC, and the opportunity to potentially join the ICF ensemble - an independent performing group. Fellows are required to commit to additional practice times, meetings and other leadership responsibilities. The IC Fellows are an integral part of leadership, and the program gives each Fellow the opportunity to develop not only as an artist, but also as leader and contributor to the Collective as a whole.
